Karen Young is a REALTOR® that serves the Central Texas area. She was raised in Houston, TX and moved to the Austin area in 1995. She and her husband lived there shortly until they bought land in Salado and have lived there since 1998. Together they have raised their four children in the Salado School System and she has been a part of the PTO for 20 years, created and directed the Talent Show for the younger children, has been a substitute teacher, President of the Salado High School Theater Booster Club and is currently President of the High School PTO. 

Karen has worked in the customer service industry for the majority of her life. She has owned restaurants, a dancing studio, and currently owns a successful food truck in the Salado area.

Karen has a unique mission that sets her apart from others and it is that she is in the Business of Relationships and Education. She prefers to educate her clients in every aspect of the transaction instead of leading them around in the dark. She wants you to be sure of every choice you make and know what lies ahead. That way you can navigate together, and you can feel confident in the process whether you are buying or selling your home.
